Booking information

Check-in: From 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, later arrivals by prior arrangement
Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Single room surcharge: € 15 per day
Short stay surcharge: € 6 per person (for 1 to 2 nights)
Dogs: € 15 per day, without food
Fridge on request: € 15 to € 20

Tourism tax: plus € 2 per person per day (from 15 years of age)
Starting May 2025, the tourism tax will be € 3 per person per day (from 15 years of age)

In one room together with the parents

Children from 0-5 years stay for free
6-12 years € 25 per child/night
13-15 years € 35 per child/night
Cot available on request.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 1 month before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
28 - 21 days before arrival: 20% of the booking value
21 - 7 days before arrival: 50% of the booking value
7 - 1 day before arrival: 90% of the booking value
No-show or early departure: 100% of the booking value

We recommend taking out a travel insurance with the European Travel Insurance. Information can be found on the European Travel Insurance website. For calculation and to purchase the travel insurance, please use our hotel link.

For group bookings of 5 or more rooms or for bookings of one of our vacation apartments, the following conditions apply:

Up to 3 months before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
3 months to 28 days before arrival: 20% of the booking value
28 - 7 days before arrival: 50% of the booking value
7 - 1 day before arrival: 90% of the booking value
No-show or early departure: 100% of the booking value

Every day we spoil you with our varied breakfast buffet from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. with breakfast dishes and a wide selection of drinks.
